Drama club has started and it’s not too late to sign up!

Program dates: now to end of the year in Room 239 in the Performing Arts hallway
Wednesday club meetings 2:10-2:40pm.
Evening Rehearsals: TBD
Performances: the goal is to perform Matilda Jr!

A group of students have banded together with support from Mx. Sonja to make a drama club to perform and engage in creative improvisation. In addition to acting, there are opportunities for students to use STEM skills in costume design, set design, set building, prop design, sound effects, sound engineering, light engineering, etc.

A drama club is more than a space to practice acting. It is an intersection of STEAM skills in action. This club will practice improvisation, quick thinking, convincing acting, comedy, speaking, choreography, and singing via games and warm-up routines.
