Get ready to get moving! STEM’s annual Move-a-Thon is coming May 9 & 10!
The Move-a-Thon is a fundraiser for STEM that helps pay for library books, school and classroom supplies, staff appreciation and much more. All students have been set up with a fundraising page on RallyUp.com in order to make it as easy as possible to get started. Invitations to access and customize your student’s page were emailed on Tuesday afternoon. (Look for an email from RallyUp!)
How to participate in the Move-a-Thon? All students will participate in the Move-a-Thon during their regular PE class on May 9 or 10. Activity stations such as four-square volleyball or dance party will be set up in the gym, and students will rotate through the stations during PE class.
How to fundraise: Visit your student’s fundraising page on RallyUp.com, or use your personalized link in your email invitation from RallyUp. Use the social media and link icons on your page to quickly share with friends and family, and ask them to give a donation to STEM in support of your student. Donations of any amount are greatly appreciated!
Prizes: Students can win prizes! Prizes will be awarded to students and grade levels with the greatest number of donations, as well as randomly selected students who are present during the Move-a-Thon (this category is not tied to fundraising).
If you have questions or need help, you can look for information on our Move-a-Thon page, or contact event organizer Mary Ann Lambert at maryann.m.lambert@gmail.com. Thank you for supporting ALL students at STEM!
Sincerely,
PTA members and Move-a-Thon organizers

P.S. RallyUp will prompt you to track your student’s activities, but the PTA will take care of that for you!
